Ingredients for autumn chicken salad
Chicken breast 2 pcs
Enough salt and pepper
Lettuce 1 large bunch
Barberry 1 cup
Walnuts (slightly roasted) one cup

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Mustard sauce 1 tbsp.

1/2 cup olive oil

Autumn Chicken Salad
First, clean the chicken breasts and cut them lengthwise to have four thin layers of chicken. Sprinkle the desired amount of salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large pan and place over medium heat. Roast each side of the chicken slices for about 3-4 minutes. Until fully cooked.
