Autumn chicken salad recipe, the most delicious salad suitable for autumn
Autumn chicken salad is a light and delicious food that can color your tablecloths, especially in autumn. Ingredients for autumn chicken salad
Chicken breast 2 pcs
Enough salt and pepper
Lettuce 1 large bunch
Two pears
Barberry 1 cup
Walnuts (slightly roasted) one cup
Chopped feta cheese 1/2 cup
For balsamic sauce:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Mustard sauce 1 tbsp.
Grated garlic 1 clove
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Autumn Chicken Salad
Preparation:
First, clean the chicken breasts and cut them lengthwise to have four thin layers of chicken. Sprinkle the desired amount of salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large pan and place over medium heat. Roast each side of the chicken slices for about 3-4 minutes. Until fully cooked. Then transfer them to a meat grinder and let the chicken cool until the rest of the salad is ready. Finally, break it into small pieces.
In another pan, fry the walnuts for about 5 minutes (stirring regularly) until golden. Then remove from the heat and allow cooling.

Wash and chop the lettuce and pour into a large bowl. Slice the pear and add to it. Then add the barberry, roasted walnuts, feta cheese (chopped), and chopped chicken and turn all ingredients upside down.
