  • Two bell peppers
  • One medium onion
  • Minced meat 450 g

How to make pizza with a baguette

First, prepare the pizza sauce. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan and place it on a medium flame to heat. During this time, chop or grate the tomatoes very finely (you can also peel the tomatoes). When the oil is hot, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until the water evaporates slightly. Then add the tomato paste and continue frying for another two-3 minutes. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and finally chopped basil to the sauce. If the sauce becomes too thick, add one or two tablespoons of water. Remove the sauce from the heat and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Pull-on an aluminum foil tray. Cut the large baguette bread in half lengthwise and place half of the bread on the prepared tray.

Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Heat 1-tablespoon olive oil again in a large skillet. Put the chopped onion in it and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped bell peppers and continue to fry until the onions and peppers begin to soften (about 3 minutes).

Now add the minced meat with a little salt and pepper. Roast until the pink color of the meat changes. Now pour the pizza sauce on it and let it heat again with the mixture of meat and vegetables.

Spread the prepared mixture on half of the breads. Sprinkle the desired amount of grated cheese on them and put them in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Wait for the pizza to cool slightly with the baguette, and then slice it.
