This Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole dish uses all of the great taste of cream cheese Jalapeno poppers to create a quick, simple, and really delicious food. Tender chicken breast is piled with cream cheese, then topped with fresh Jalapeno peppers, creamy cheddar cheese, and just the right amount of crispy bacon. 1 package frozen Tater Tots (32 ounces)

Two pack of (8 ounces from each) softened cream cheese

1 gallon sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoons salt (garlic)

6 green onions, chopped 6 seeded and coarsely chopped jalapeño peppers

Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange Tater tots in a 13×9-inch baking dish that hasn’t been oiled. Bake for 15 minutes, uncovered.

Meanwhile, add cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeño peppers, garlic salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Combine half of the chicken, Mexican cheese blend, bacon, and green onions in a mixing bowl. Arrange the chicken on top of the Tater tots. Serve with a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top. The remaining Mexican cheese mix, green onions, and bacon should be sprinkled over top. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until well heated. Top with more sour cream and jalapeño slices if desired.
