Chilli cheese dosa Ingredients
To make the dosa
1/4 cup urad dal (white lentils)
2 cups rice
12 Teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plain cooked rice or soaking poha
Water: As needed.
For the Filling
1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar or anyone)
1 medium-sized bell pepper or capsicum, coarsely chopped
1 finely chopped green chili
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Step 1: Place wet rice in a mixing dish. Add the soaked chana dal and urad dal to it.
Step 3: Season with salt and grind with a little water to make a dosa batter.
Step 3: Heat a tawa and pour in a ladleful of dosa batter.
Step 4: Distribute evenly.
Step 5: Top the dosa with chilli flakes and cheese and wait for the cheese to melt.
