How to cook mushroom and spinach gratin

This Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Gratin is a delicious, low carb side dish. It’s not only perfect for the holidays, but easy enough to make on a busy weeknight and can be ready in 30 minutes!

How to prepare

First, we divide the potatoes into 4 parts and cook them with water and salt for half an hour
Cut the mushroom into rings

Chop the spinach a little
We pour oil in the pan and when it heats up a little, we add the onion and fry it
When the onion becomes light, add the mushroom and add a little salt and pepper to it, then add the spinach and mix and reduce the flame.
Put the butter in another pan and pour the flour when it melts a little, then add salt and pepper to the raw flour, then pour the milk little by little and mix with a hand mixer so that the flour does not lump, and when the sauce becomes creamy, and Add it to the mushroom and spinach ingredients and mix well
Then we mash the potato and add butter, milk and spices to it and spread it in a special gratin dish and then pour the spinach and mushroom ingredients on the potato and spread it completely.
Then grate and spread the Gouda cheese on the entire surface of the gratin and put it in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden, and then eat it.
