How to prepare Baba Ghanoush or Baba Ganoush Lebanese

What is Baba Ganush?

Baba Ganush, also known as Baba Ghanouj, Motabal, Baba Qanush and Baba Ghanoush, is a delicious Arabic appetizer made with fresh eggplant and vegetables and is very popular among the people of the Middle East.

Ingredients for preparing Baba Ghanoush

  • Medium eggplant – 3 pcs
  • Fresh garlic – 3 cloves
  • Fresh sour lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Virgin olive oil – 1/3 cup
  • Order – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper – in the desired amount
  • Parsley – 1/4 cup

Baba Ghanoush Recipe

Grill the eggplants on the stove or in the oven and peel them. (If you are grilling eggplants in the oven, you should put them in aluminum foil and grill each side in the oven for 15 minutes)
Chop the parsley.
Now put the grilled eggplants, fresh garlic, chopped parsley, sour lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor, mix well, pour the ingredients in a large bowl, and add the flour and mix well.
Baba Ghanoush is ready, pour it in a bowl and pour virgin olive oil on it and garnish with chopped tomatoes. Baba Ghanoush can be served with pita bread and fresh vegetables.
Baba Ghanoush can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for four days.

Important points
Instead of parsley, you can also use chopped coriander or cumin powder.
You can also grill the garlic cloves a little so that Baba Ghanoush’s food tastes best.
To make Baba Ghanoush taste sour, you can add a little sumac to it.
