Recipe for Italian sausage pasta, with the most original Italian method

  • Pasta 350 g
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • Spicy cocktail sausage 500 g
  • One medium chopped onion
  • Grated garlic 4 cloves
  • Chicken juice 1 glass
  • Dried basil 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 400 g
  • Spinach or beet leaves 300 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup

Italian sausage pasta

Preparation: Put a pot full of water on the heat and add about 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil the pasta in it for 8 to 10 minutes. Then rinse it.

Heat the oil in a pan and chop the sausages in it (the sausages should be chopped and not sliced). In the last 5 minutes, add the onion and garlic. Then pour the chicken broth with basil and tomatoes into the pan and mix with little ingredients.

Cook the ingredients on a low heat for 5 minutes to drain the food. Add the chopped spinach and place in the pan. When the spinach is slightly cooked, lower the flame and stir the ingredients into the pan. Add the pasta to the contents of the pan and then pour the cheese over it. Then serve the food immediately.

Tips: This recipe uses a kind of spicy Italian sausage that tastes and looks like minced spiced minced meat. Therefore, you can make this Italian dish with meat as well.

If chicken juice is not available, you can dissolve one tablet of chicken extract in one glass of boiling water and use it.
