- 3 cups boiling water
- Three eggs
- Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Fresh chopped herbs 1/4 cup
- 1-cup bread powder
- Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation of Spinach Meatballs
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius to heat. Stem the spinaches and wash them. Put the leaves in a large bowl. Then add boiling water to them. Cover the dish and set it aside for about 3 minutes.
After this time, pour the spinach into a strainer and put water on it. Press by hand to remove the excess water completely. You should have 2/3 cups of pressed spinach. If you use frozen spinach, let the ice thaw and then remove the same amount of spinach.
Now put the spinach leaves on the meat board and chop them very finely. Pour the chopped spinach into a bowl. Add eggs, grated cheese, chopped fragrant vegetables, and breadcrumbs. If your cheese is low in salt, add some salt and pepper to the mixture.
