Ingredients for chicken and ham linguine pasta:

  • Linguine pasta 350 g
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • Minced meat ham 350 g
  • Chopped boneless chicken breast 350 g
  • Enough black pepper
  • Enough salt
  • Dried coriander 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 2‌ cloves
  • Chopped broccoli 1 batch
  • High-fat milk 3/4 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup

How Preparation of Chicken and ham linguine pasta

Preparation: In a large pot full of water, add a little salt and cook the pasta in it until it is soft enough. Then drain it. Keep 1 cup of pasta water and return it to the pot.

You should heat the oil in a large pan. Add the ham and stir for 4-5 minutes to roast.

Then, add the chicken to the pan. Add a little more oil if necessary. Add salt and pepper and mix. Then add the dried coriander. Continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes until both sides of the chicken pieces are golden. Then put the contents on a plate.
