What is the best recipe for fried zucchini?

Fried zucchini can be a crunchy and delicious snack and served with yogurt and a variety of dips, or it can even be served with pasta sauce and some bread as a light and delicious dinner. Preparing fried zucchini in total does not take more than a quarter of an hour to 20 minutes and is very convenient. The use of pasta sauce with these breadcrumbs is optional, but it makes the taste very, very pleasant. When dipping zucchini slices in eggs and breadcrumbs, as well as picking them in a pan containing hot oil, it is best to use kitchen pliers. This will both reduce the amount of dirt and the possibility of hot oil coming into contact with your hands.

Preparation of Fried zucchini

Preparation: First, slice the zucchini with a special grater or knife. Prepare two hollow plates. Beat two eggs in one of the plates and beat with a hand mixer. On another plate, add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt and mix.

Pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil into a large pan and place it on a medium flame to heat well but not smoke. When the oil is hot enough, remove the pumpkin leaves one by one. First, dip in the egg dish and then roll in the flour dish.

Then arrange them in a layer in the pan. Wait about 3 minutes for one side of the squash slices to fry well, then turn them over and let the other side fry for a while. Then, pour some grated mozzarella cheese on each.

Wait another two minutes for the cheese to melt. To serve the fried zucchini, heat the pasta sauce and pour it into the plates. Then place the fried zucchini slices on it.
