Each little seed contains only a trace of oil, believe it or not. They are placed in a bladder press, which causes the golden oil to drip out. Yay! How to use grape seed oil in cooking

The beauty of this oil is that it has a mild, clean taste that allows your food’s brightness and freshness to come through. It has a high smoke temperature of 420°F, making it ideal for a sizzling hot wok.


Its light flavour (some say flavourless) and ability to tolerate high heat make it ideal for deep-frying fried fish, poultry, tempura, and yes, even pickles.
