Multi-nut green salad with croutons
This salad goes well with any food. I used ready-made croutons to make things easier, but if you want, you can toast the flavored bread cubes yourself with a little oil at 200 degrees Celsius to make them golden and crispy.
How to prepare Multi-nut green salad with croutons
Preparation: Pour the sunflower seeds in a frying pan and heat on a low flame for a few minutes, until it is toasted and cools. You should pour it into a plate and then let it cool. Mash the garlic and pour it into a small bowl or glass. Add oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix these ingredients together to make a thick vinaigrette (vinegar sauce).
Cut the avocado in half, peel it and peel it. If you want to do this beforehand, pour a little lemon juice on the avocado slices so that they do not turn black. Then cover it with a freezer bag and put it in the refrigerator.
Pour the vegetables into a large bowl and add the avocado, croutons and chilled seed kernels, pouring the sauce over it. Pour enough sauce to cover all ingredients and then serve immediately.
