This salad goes well with any food. I used ready-made croutons to make things easier, but if you want, you can toast the flavored bread cubes yourself with a little oil at 200 degrees Celsius to make them golden and crispy.

Preparation: Pour the sunflower seeds in a frying pan and heat on a low flame for a few minutes, until it is toasted and cools. You should pour it into a plate and then let it cool.
