 Ricotta toast with figs

Another light and hearty breakfast or dinner, that is amazingly easy to prepare. Figs stuffed with maple and cinnamon hot or cold, along with thick yogurt is a pleasant dessert.

Preparation: Preheat the oven a little. Cut the stems of figs if necessary. Make a crosscut (like x) from the top to the bottom of the fig. Then open the figs a little like a flower. Coarsely chop the almonds.
