Boneless chicken breast 2 pcs

Olive oil for rubbing on ingredients

Celery stalk 2 pcs

Apples 1/2 pc

Seedless red or black grapes 1 handful

Small red onion 1/2 pc

3 tablespoons yogurt

White vinegar 1 tsp

Watercress or any other spicy vegetable 100 grams

Salt and black pepper

Walnuts 1 fist

You can grill chicken to reduce the cooking time of this dish. Blue cheese gives a spicy taste to this classic salad and goes well with grapes, chicken, and celery.

Preparation:

Heat a frying pan. Cut the chicken breast in half so that it is heart-shaped when you open it.

Season the chicken well on both sides with salt and pepper, rub a little oil on it and place it in a hot pan. Cook on one side for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Turn the chicken over and add the walnuts to the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes, stirring the walnuts regularly. The chicken is ready when it is firm, no part of it is pink and any extract of it is clear. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside the toasted walnuts.

When the chicken is cooked, start preparing the salad. Chop the celery and apple into small pieces, halve the grapes and finely chop the onion. Pour them into a large bowl and mix with blue cheese if used. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar and season with salt and pepper, and use as a sauce. Mix the rest of the chicken broth with them. Add the sauce to the salad and add the walnuts. You can also prepare this combination a day in advance

Cut the chicken into thick pieces. Place it on the watercress. Pour the cream salad and the chicken with the juice over it and serve immediately.
