Chicken and pumpkin tart recipe, one of the most delicious tarts !!

As you know, Tarts have 2 types: as a food and as a dessert. Today I will give you a recipe of the first type tarts.

Ingredients for the tart dough:

  • Flour: 2 measures
  • Eggs: 4 pieces
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Oil: half a cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper: as needed
  • Ingredients for filling
  • Chicken fillet: 1 breast
  • Mushrooms: 8 to 10 pieces
  • Corn: half a measure
  • Onions: 1 pc
  • Pumpkin: 3 pcs
  • Dolma pepper, preferably red: one
  • Pizza cheese: about 1 cup
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder and spices of your choice: as needed

First, we prepare the meat filling as follows:

Chop the onion, peel the pumpkin, cut it into rings, cut the Chicken fillet into thin slices and fingers, and slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the Dolma pepper; in this regard, I said it should be red because the color combination is better than green pepper. I said this because if you do not have red, it is okay to use green or yellow.

I say cut it all in advance because they do not need to be very hot, and we want to fry them all in a row. And we do not have time to cut in the roasting distance.

We prepare a large frying pan and fry the onion with a little oil. I say significant because if the ingredients are tight, the water will return, the onion does not need to be fried. Add Chicken fillet, salt and pepper and turmeric.

When the color changes, increase the heat and add the mushroom slices and fry slightly; one or two minutes later, add the Pumpkin and then the bell pepper. Because I said higher heat because they return water with lower heat, our ingredients should be neither greasy nor juicy because the Tart becomes doughy.

When the ingredients are mixed and roasted, turn off the heat and add the corn, mix and set aside to cool.

Let’s make the tart dough:

Mix the flour with baking powder and sift twice. Beat the eggs for about 5 minutes with a mixer until foamy, then slow down around the mixer and add yogurt, oil and pepper salt and add some to mix the ingredients.

Turn off the machine and add the flour little by little and mix with a spoon.

Grease the Tart pan a little, add half of the dough, and then spread the meat dough and sprinkle grated pizza cheese on it. Ensure that the meat and cheese are not around the mold; that is, keep a little distance from the walls. It comes out later, it dries, and the shape of the Tart is not good.

Now pour the rest of the dough entirely on the meat stock. Send the mould in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Pour some of the heat from the stove and then transfer it to a serving dish.
